Amanda Waller has secretly been selling high tech blueprints to Lex Luther to stop Superman were he ever to turn evil. In his absence, psychotic inventor Dr. Winslow Jr. steals these experimental weapons from LexCorp and uses them to destroy the MCPD, releasing all prisoners and taking over the city. Amanda uses her resources to block the media and recruits imprisoned supervillains to execute a dangerous black ops mission to stop Dr. Winslow and take back the city, under the name Task Force X -- and it's a race against the clock before Dr. Winslow uses the blueprints from Lex to manufacture a bomb and completely level Metropolis.read more
